# WarrantyARK > WarrantyARK helps EU online stores comply with the mandatory EU legal-guarantee notice and the "GARAN" commercial durability label introduced by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 and Directive (EU) 2024/825, which apply from 27 September 2026. WarrantyARK provides free and paid WooCommerce and Shopify plugins that display the official EU graphics in all 24 EU languages, and a consumer app where shoppers save and manage every warranty. ## The 2026 EU guarantee rules (key facts) - From **27 September 2026**, every EU online store selling physical goods to consumers must display a **harmonised legal-guarantee notice** (the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity), based on Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2025/1960. - A **commercial durability label ("GARAN"**, Annex II) is mandatory **only** when the producer offers a voluntary durability guarantee that covers the whole product and exceeds the 2-year statutory minimum. - Legal basis: **Directive (EU) 2024/825** (Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition) and **Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960**. - Merchants must use the **official, unaltered EU graphics**, shown in the buyer's language (24 EU languages). For online sales the label must sit on the specific product/model page. There is **no transition period**. Non-compliance can trigger enforcement (e.g. France's DGCCRF) and warnings from competitors and consumer associations. ## Core pages - [WarrantyARK — platform overview](https://warrantyark.com/): the consumer app for warranties + WarrantyARK Connect, the EU-compliance plugin for WooCommerce and Shopify. - [Free EU store compliance check](https://warrantyark.com/eu-guarantee-check/): scan your store and get an indicative readiness result for 27 September 2026 by email. - [EU guarantee compliance checklist (2026)](https://warrantyark.com/eu-guarantee-checklist/): a practical checklist to prepare an online store. - [GARAN durability label explained](https://warrantyark.com/garan-durability-label/): what the durability label is, its design, and when it is mandatory. ## About - WarrantyARK is operated by **Amiro Invest d.o.o.** (Slovenia) with technology by **WideLabs GmbH** (Switzerland).
